Privacy & cookies
We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the shop, and never sell it. Here is the plain-English version.
What we collect
- Order details. Your name, email, shipping address and phone number when you check out.
- Your account. If you create one: your login email, saved addresses and order history.
- Messages. Whatever you send us through the contact form or the newsletter sign-up.
- The basics of a visit. Cart contents and the pages you browse, kept in your session so the shop works.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, answer your questions, run the 60-day play test and warranty, and send the Rally Report if you asked for it. We share order details only with the carrier delivering your parcel and the processor handling payment.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of you for anyone else. Unsubscribing from email takes one click and is honored at once.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses only what it needs to work. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
| Name | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Keeps your session, cart and sign-in together | Your visit |
| form_key | Protects forms against forged requests | Your visit |
| mage-cache-*, private_content_version, section_data_ids | Keeps the cart and account details in the header up to date | Up to 1 day |
| X-Magento-Vary, mage-messages | Serves the right cached page and shows notices such as "Added to bag" | Your visit |
| ts-ux-saved, ts-ux-recent | Your Saved list and recently viewed products, stored in your own browser only | Until you clear it |
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold at any time, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser (the cart and checkout need the session cookie to work). We keep order records only as long as tax and warranty rules require.
