The Kitchen Line Carbon 16 is the paddle we reach for when the point is going to be won at the net. A thick 16 mm polypropylene honeycomb core soaks up pace, while the Toray carbon face holds the ball long enough to shape dinks and drops with real intent.

Why players love it

  • Dwell time you can feel. The textured carbon face grabs the ball a beat longer, so roll dinks and topspin drops land where you aimed them.
  • Forgiving sweet spot. Perimeter weighting keeps off-center blocks stable when the hand battle speeds up.
  • Balanced at 7.9 oz. Heavy enough to push through a firefight, light enough to reset late in the third game.
  • Three court-ready colorways. Volt, Coral or Glacier, each with a sealed edge guard and a cushioned 5.25 in grip.

Built for intermediate to advanced players who would rather out-think an opponent than out-hit one. Wipe the face with a damp cloth after outdoor play.

My third shot finally behaves

I play 4.0 doubles three mornings a week and switched from a 14 mm paddle. Drops sit down in the kitchen instead of floating, and resets off hard drives feel calm. It took me a week to trust it on speed-ups.

Great control, a little quiet on drives

Touch is excellent and the Glacier color looks sharp on court. If you live on driving from the baseline you will notice it is softer than an elongated power paddle. For my game that trade is fine.

Easy on my elbow

Coming back from tennis elbow, I needed something that did not buzz. This is about as dampened as anything I have tried at our rec center, and the grip size suits my medium hands.
